CBM Partners Corporation is a U.S. based oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on coal bed methane (CBM). The Company has over thirty five years experience producing oil and gas including coal bed methane in the San Juan Basin (the world's largest CBM basin by production). We have been working with some of the first CBM wells drilled as early as 1974. Since that time, we have been directly involved with the production of billions of cubic meters of CBM.

Oil, gas, and CBM production vary from basin to basin. We have the knowledge and experience to utilize various techniques to extend the economic limits of these reservoirs in a safe and efficient manner.

CBM Partners also has considerable experience in preliminary degassing of coalfields. CBM Partners is aggressively pursuing better options to reduce the risk of mine explosions by our process of drilling and producing CBM ahead of mining operations. CBM accounts for the majority of lethal accidents in underground coal mines. The best way to reduce the risk of these explosions is to degass the coalfields - by extracting CBM- ahead of mining operations. CBM Partners turn coal bed methane from a mining hazard into a source of efficient clean burning energy.

CBM Partners has a global strategy: we apply our thirty five years experience to produce oil, gas and coal bed methane, not only in the US, but in other countries with substantial reserves, such as Russia and India. We have developed a low-cost, efficient methods for the extraction of oil, gas and CBM which we produce at our own leases in the United States. We are looking for partners around the world who own CBM and oil and gas resources but lack the experience to produce them economically. We are currently working on a project in Siberia, in the Kemerovo region aiming to extract CBM and utilize it to generate electric power. We are also aggressively exploring new potentials in drilling and production, in the San Juan Basin, and all across the United States, and beyond. In fact, CBM Partners recently acquired a new lease in Texas located only about 30 miles north from the Gulf Coast of which includes one producing crude oil well with potential for one additional drill, one salt water disposal facility, and one commercial salt water disposal facility.
