  • Automated Data Collection: Information collected through IoT sensors integrated with the App.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal or machinery-related data with third parties. Your information is used exclusively to enhance your experience with TruTrend.

  • Storage: Your data is stored securely on cloud servers. When offline, data may also be temporarily stored locally on your device.
  • Retention: The retention period for your data will be as agreed upon by you during App setup. After this period, your data will be deleted unless otherwise agreed.

We prioritize the security of your data by implementing encryption and secure servers that meet ISO 27001 standards.

7. User Rights

  • Data Access and Management: Users can add, edit, and delete any data related to machinery or maintenance that they have access to within the App.
  • Opt-Out: At this time, data collection and processing are necessary for App functionality, and opt-out options are not available.
  • Access, Update, or Delete Personal Data: You can access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data through the App or by contacting us at info@trutrend.io.

TruTrend complies fully with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

9. Audience and Age Restrictions

TruTrend is designed for use by engineering professionals and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from someone under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

TruTrend uses third-party services to enhance system performance and user experience:

  • Firebase and Google Analytics: These tools are used to improve and report on system performance, analyse user behaviour, and enhance functionality.
  • Google Authentication: We use Google Authentication to streamline and secure the login process for users.
