Erbessd-Instruments Phantom installed at FM Conway’s Erith Asphalt Plant as part of the Group’s proactive maintenance strategy.
Following a successful short trial of the Phantom Wireless Vibration & Temperature Monitoring system earlier this year, at Erith, a full roll-out covering all critical machinery took place last weekend (23rd & 24th October 2021) as well as an installation at the Imperial Wharf Bitumen Plant.
A group-wide installation of Phantom is planned for all sites over the coming months following a period of personnel engagement and training.
It took the CBM Partners Team 3 days, during a planned shutdown, to install, commission and hand over the complete system including gateways and 60 sensors. We are happy with the results. A successful installation was certainly helped by the significant engagement from all levels of the FM Conway Management and On-Site Maintenance Team.
